Cook-your-own steak is now available Wednesday and Thursday nights Inclusive. You cook the meal just the way you like it at your table ... superb! The same steaks are still available all week, but are cooked on our chargrill not a black rock.

ABOUT THE BLACK ROCK GRILL

Apparently, "stone cooking dates back to around 18000 BC." We have a newer version where we provide a special dish that involves 5lb of volcanic rock being heated in a special oven to a temperature of 440 degrees celcius!

When our prime steak is placed on the heated rock the temperature sears the meat and locks in the natural juices that are frequently lost with other cooking techniques, with the added healthy benefit of using no oils for cooking.
